Owner Representation & Project Management

MainSail Project Solutions works directly for the Owner / Client and manages the entire Project allowing them to focus on their core business. We facilitate “all” aspects of the Project, from concept to reality including conceptual planning, preliminary cost estimating, architect & GC selections and contract negotiations; complete design & construction supervision; coordinating all furniture, fixtures and equipment; assistance in move-in and business start-up; and financial accountability. We become the single-point-of-contact managing all aspects of the Project on behalf of our Client, always looking out for their interests for quality, services and costs.
